DynaMed

Difficult to navigate on phone, it's in an outline form, not easily searchable, not easy to find clinical "answers" rapidly. It's very much an app the refers you to original resources-you literally have to read thru original references, and "figure things out" yourself. When you need answers quickly, DynaMed is not the place to search. It's easier to search Google.

Keeps asking to reauthorize my account after logging from my institution. Now the app doesn't even allow me to search anymore. Apparently this has been known issues reported by several users for at least for the past several months (read reviews) but it's unbelievable they still haven't addressed the issue and still continue to to charge people for using their app. Update: it's unbelievable how they have been dragging their feet to fix this known issue. Totally unacceptable

In comparison to other resources that claim to be up to date, this is superior. I love the explanation of the data and the guidlines. The format is simple to follow. The alerts for practice changing papers is also wonderful. The only downside is that this doesn't have a lot of information on the more bizarre and rare conditions.
